ConiLab is Coni Della Vedova, a freelance graphic designer based out of Barcelona. For almost two years, Coni has been designing and producing handmade screenprints from her “laboratory” but she also has a history of studio work and collaboration with designers such as Peret & Espeus.

Below are a few of my favorites from her online shop, which you can find here.

Thorns . three oxidized sterling silver stacking rings

These wonderful pieces are made to order by Andrea Simic, a 24-year-old architecture graduate. She is a Croatian native who grew up in the small, medieval town of Knin and is currently living in Zagreb, the country’s largest city, where she also got her degree. Her modern and geometric designs are inspired by what she sees around her in product design and architecture. She credits her creative mother as her biggest influence, and has an intense love for animals (her shop was named after her beloved bearded collie.)

I am absolutely in love with all of her designs, but here are a few of my favorites.

Find her on Twitter here.

Eames for Herman Miller Fiberglass Arm Chair Rocker-RAR

I’m so glad that I just discovered CoMod Classics based out of Columbia, Missouri. They buy and restore mid-century modern furniture with an emphasis on the iconic designs of Charles & Ray Eames. They also sell mid-century inspired handmade pieces (like the little side table and clock below.)

My mom has that exact avocado Cathrineholm bowl. Well, I sure wish it was mine!

Silver Sheen Obsidian Orb with Twin- Textured Sterling Silver Ring

Laura Treloar is the amazing woman behind Specimental. She lives in Vancouver, Canada, has three children under 10, is a full-time high school art teacher, and has spent the past 5 years renovating her 100-year-old home. She’s a wonder woman. Her background in sculpture gives these pieces such an extraordinary life. The textures within these pieces are wonderful.

My love for chunky rings, I believe, will never fail.

Here are my favorites. Click any of the photos to see their listing on Etsy.

LARGE POUCH - lines/rain

Bookhou is John Booth and Arounna Khounnoraj, a husband and wife design team residing in Toronto, Canada. Along with their Etsy store they also have a brick-and-mortar shop in Toronto and an online shop of their own here. They design and make items such as handbags, scarves, paper goods, ceramic items, and more inspired by the organic lines and shapes found in nature and urban landscapes. John has been trained in painting, architecture and woodworking, and Arounna started out making sculptural works before changing her focus to design and textile work. Oh, and they also have two little kiddos to raise. Their design aesthetic is that wonderful mixture of modern, urban and organic, filled with those geometric shapes we love so much these days.

Moon and Back Valentine's Day Card 1pc

Quill and Fox features stationery with designs by Yas Imamura. Based out of Portland, Oregon, she also designs custom stationery and wedding invitations. Ooooo. Her feminine and whimsical designs are quite lovely and can be found via her Etsy shop or in several locations around the country and in England. She has a great selection of Valentine’s Day cards out as you can see. Hop on it, people! (If it was Easter, that would have been a great pun.)

Deep End Mug

Clam Lab is Clair Catillaz, currently sculpting, homebrewing, and living in the Greenpoint neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. She’s been pounding out modern ceramic lovelies for Clam Lab since 2009, but she’s no newbie to having clay-crusted clothes. She and her mom took their first ceramic class when she was 12. I’m not sure how I happened upon Clam Lab but I’ve been drooling over her pieces ever since and pinning them to Pinterest like crazy.
Click here for a great little collection of photographs showing Clair’s process and a wee interview at the end.

snug.cloud bread board

Snug Studio is a collaboration between and interior deisgner and an architect based out of Hannover, Germany. Head over to Decor8 here for a lovely article about the pair. You can find their Etsy site here, their official website here, and their blog here!

Their wooden and print designs are simple, modern, but with a child-like whimsy that I love. If I had to buy something right now, it would be the cloud-shaped bread board. I want it.

Many more delightful things in their store! Check it out!
